Neva is the heart and driving force behind both Chatr and Grassroots Projects. As the Founder and Managing Director, she brings a wealth of experience, passion, and a deeply personal perspective to the work we do.

"I am Neva Macpherson, a proud Nyikina woman with 15 years of experience in Employment Services across Australia, ranging from frontline roles to senior leadership positions. I openly share my own journey, viewing my lived experience as my ‘superpower,’ and I encourage others to embrace their own experiences and become their own version of a Grassroots Hero. It is from this heart-centred approach that both Grassroots Projects and Chatr were founded."
