    A Proud Punthamarra Mithika man, Broc hails from the country now known as Southwest Queensland, with cultural connections spanning from Cunnamulla west to Birdsville. Born in Toowoomba, Broc's upbringing took him to various places, shaping his understanding of diverse communities and fostering a deep appreciation for life and its challenges.

    Currently, Broc serves as Grassroots Projects’ Connecting the Dots Trainer and Employer Assistance Program Counsellor, channelling his passion for working alongside individuals from a heart-centred approach.

    Through his work, Broc strives to create positive change and contribute to the well-being and empowerment of individuals, families, and communities.
    With his background as a health coach and addiction counsellor in remote Aboriginal communities over the past five years, he has gained invaluable insights and skills in working within cross-cultural settings. These experiences have enriched his understanding of the human experience and equipped him with a unique perspective that he brings to his work with all clients.

    Broc is an avid fisherman and lover of nature, who also enjoys reading and meditation. Broc enjoys volunteering at various retreats with his spare time.

    Broc Martin is a man who views culture as paramount to healing and utilises ancestral wisdom to facilitate healing and empowerment to mob.

    Luama is a proud Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and South Sea Islander woman, who brings deep cultural knowledge and lived experience to her work. She currently lives and works on Yugambeh country, where she is committed to strengthening community connections and creating meaningful change.

    With an extensive background in Indigenous Health and Community Services, Luama has dedicated her career to supporting and empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Her work is grounded in a deep respect for culture, healing, and holistic wellbeing.

    In addition to her professional experience, Luama is actively expanding her expertise—she is currently studying a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and completing a Diploma of Leadership and Project Management. Her passion for lifelong learning, leadership, and community empowerment drives her commitment to fostering hope and creating opportunities for all mob.
