We’re excited to introduce you to the incredible people who make Chatr Allied Health what it is, starting with the captain of our ship: Michael Johnston!

Michael brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and leadership to our team. With over 20 years of healthcare experience, both as a clinician and in clinical leadership, he’s been at the forefront of starting and growing health businesses and has a strong focus on corporate wellness. Over the past four years, he has shifted his focus to employment services, where his dedication to making a difference has been unwavering.

"I am Michael Johnston, and my journey has taken me across the globe—from Scotland to Bermuda, Singapore, London, New Zealand, and now Australia. I've had the privilege of working in a wide range of health environments, but what drives me every day is the life-changing difference we can make for some of the most vulnerable people in society. The good news stories we hear regularly inspire me and fuel my passion for this work."
