We’re excited to introduce Grace Holden, whose enthusiasm for helping others and her belief in the reciprocal nature of learning from both clients and colleagues make her a fantastic addition to our Chatr team. Her warmth and dedication will surely inspire and uplift those she works alongside.

“Hi, my name is Grace Holden, I am a qualified counsellor with a Masters in Counselling and am working as a mental health clinician & case manager alongside the amazing teams in Cairns!

Providing support to the Cairns community has been a huge passion of mine for a very long time, and I have worked in many different spaces over the years, including community engagement, LGBTQIA+ advocacy, NDIS, and more recently stepping into the employment services space to provide mental health & social emotional wellbeing support!

I am SUPER excited to work with the team to provide wrap-around support and care to the participants we work alongside. I think that we all bring our own knowledge, wisdom, and experiences to the table, and that while I hope to pass on my own knowledge to the wonderful clients I get to work with, I KNOW that they also have so much to teach me as well.”
