Kain Anderson

My name is Kain Anderson. I have been a current employee of Grassroots Projects since April 2023, having been the Life Skills Facilitator for over a year now.  

It’s not often in life you can state that your Job gives more than it takes. No, this is not a paid advertisement. This is simply my truth. Since having worked for Grassroots Projects, support and personal development have been at the forefront. Our director, Neva, firmly believes to give your best support, you must be at your best. It is with this mentality I strive every day to be the best version of myself why because the amount of gratification I receive from my job is priceless.  I provide integral support to First Nations mobs all around Queensland. Having not only a sense of purpose but a sense of pride to carry myself highly. When needed, I have felt confident enough to ask for and receive feedback as it has been solution-focused all around.  I’m lucky enough to have some of the most gifted and caring individuals Striving to assist and empower those in need on my team.
