MEET THE GRASSROOTS TEAM: KAIN

Kain is a proud Bidjarra man with cultural ties to Central Queensland, areas including Roma, Charleville, and Emerald.

As our Progress2Work trainer, Kain delivers training to our Progress2Work participants for Workforce Australia providers.

“I was born in Toowoomba, and this is where I spent most of my childhood and early adulthood. In 2015, I visited the Sunshine Coast for a holiday and loved it so much I never left.

Moving to the Coast was the kick start to my professional career, I entered into the youth protection space where I have spent 4 years working in varying support roles from life skill development, cultural workshops to one on one tailored supports all aligning with my biggest passion assisting people improve there lives ~ Be the person you needed.

A little more about me, my favorite hobbies include any form of creativity, painting, building and crafting, as well as sports rugby league, boxing, or simply spending time with my two beautiful girls.”
